Our story began on a hot summer day in 2018, in the Old Montreal district. Behzad who had just finished a meeting was thinking of his sweetheart Samantha who was at her place of work across town. Like most men in love, Ben had the desire to express his devotion to his love that instant, and thus decided to send Samantha a Bouquet of Roses. What stalled this magnificent plan was that it was 5pm, and the response from each florist contacted was that the delivery could only be made the next day or on Monday in this case, since it was a Friday afternoon. It was through this disappointment that Behzad decided to launch Flowers After Hours; Thereby becoming the first florist-tech company in Canada that specializes in the delivery of Roses & Flower Bouquets in the late afternoon and evening time. Flowers After Hours launched on July 30, 2019 in Montreal, and the grand launch for Vancouver and surrounding areas is set for March 1st, 2023.
