Flower Bouquet Delivery Service: Orders can be placed between 12 PM and 6 PM for same evening delivery. Deliveries will be completed between 6:45pm-10pm by our concierge.
The above service is available to you 7 days/week
Locations: Currently, our services are only available for the city of Vancouver, and Richmond.
P.O. Box Addresses: We do not accept PO Box addresses as the delivery address.
Incorrect Addresses: Please make sure to review your submitted form to ensure it is free of errors. Flowers After Hours will only make one delivery attempt.
Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient is not available at the time of attempted delivery, the rose / flower bouquet will be left at the door of the home accompanied with your note. In case the delivery address is an condo, please ensure you add the buzzer number & telephone number of the recipient. In case there is no answer, the bouquet will be left with the concierge or at the main entrance. We cannot guarantee that the bouquets will reach the recipient in these cases and unfortunately cannot issue any refunds.
Cancellation Policy: Once you have placed your order, you have up to 15 minutes to cancel the order. Simply email us to cancel the order and we will issue the refund the same day. Once 15 minutes have passed from your order time, no refunds can be issued.
Refusal at Delivery: We do not refund orders if the delivery of the rose / flower bouquet & gift is refused by the recipient or by the person who answers the door.
